Sandstone Manor is Drumheller's newest apartment building.
It is available to eligible clients only via our Affordable Housing Application Process.
A one bedroom apartment rents for $807 per month and power paid directly by the tenant.
A two bedroom apartment rents for $895 per month and power paid directly by the tenant.
Rent includes water, gas and basic wifi.
Shared token operated laundry is available for tenants.
Tenants must also obtain their own tenant's insurance.
All payments are to be made by etransfer only, no other method of payment is accepted.
Qualification for these units is based on income.
